Polikarpa Y Sus Viciosas are three woman from Colombia who play raging and political punk. As they say it in the liner notes: "Punk is the most sincere way of life we came across with. JAPANESE PRESS RELEASE:
Melodic hardcore band approach in the sound source showed TANTRUM Hall was released from human, CONSOCIO SENTENCIA, of CHAOTIX. Feeling inspired by listening to a variety of sources rather than be trapped in the word "genre" And there is no delineated who was, and was born in such a natural sound source separately. May not only just a personal opinion, this work became a stimulus to the band on both sides of hardcore / melodic is obvious. Sound sources such initiative was born of this split.
And C of this split work which came FILTHY HATE 2010, this project will start in the wake of Japan tour of UK melodic MIDWAY STILL Legend of yesteryear, and I'll make something interesting here, not recently.
Sense where cover approached in an easy feeling and the cover of the band of each other, and destroyed the original song too unexpectedly of MIDWAY STILL. Of course, even with the fire side FILTHY, startle response to the melodic side Sutenchikoa rainy day! ! Miracle birth issued by the fusion of hardcore and shoegazer exactly.

Following on from their compilation appearance on ‘Step Into The Light’ LP at the end of last year and their debut 4 track self released EP that was limited to 500 copies; only sold in Japan and released to high acclaim.

The band have agreed for the official European repress to be released on Imminent Destruction Records (UK) in cooperation with Narm Discos (Japan).

With new artwork and an additional new track recorded exclusively for this release, this is a welcome and eagerly awaited chance for fans outside of Japan to gain one of the stand-out EP’s from 2011.
